You can call us to confirm which doctor is in. If you would like to see a doctor of your choosing, you can call or book an appointment online. Our doctors accept walk-in patients every day.
Our wait times all depend on how busy we are. We try our best to ensure your wait time is limited to give you the proper care you need as soon as possible. To reduce wait times, you can book an appointment or call ahead of time, we do offer same-day appointments. You can also look at medimap to see our walk-in wait times.
We are able to provide you disability forms and documents needed for insurance, such as AISH, disability tax credit, insurance forms for MVA, parking placard handicap forms, etc. An appointment needs to be booked and needs to be done in person to be evaluated. See what forms we can provide here. Forms and documents will vary in costs and will be need to be paid before you leave. You can call us for pricing.
We cannot refill prescriptions over the phone or fax, you need to book an appointment to come into our walk-in clinic to get a prescription/ medication refill. It’s Important to come in to see your doctor for prescriptions and medications is to ensure the right prescription and dosage is still recommended. Please ensure you have enough medication until your next visit.
We require all patients to come into the clinic to review their results. We cannot give results over the phone due to the Health Information Act, which protects the privacy of individual’s health information with rules and regulations. We will contact you if the doctor would like to see you about your results. We will also contact you if your lab results aren’t urgent, but would still like to book an appointment to discuss them.
Our Doctors accept walk-in patients every day, however, we do prioritize patients with appointments to ensure they are seen on time. We offer same day appointments if they are available and recommend calling the clinic before your visit.
You need to bring your Alberta Health Card and one government-issued ID. If you forget your Alberta Health Card, we are able to retrieve your Alberta Health number, however, we do need a government-issued ID.

If you are visiting from another province or have recently moved to Alberta, please bring your provincial health card.

If no Alberta Health Card or Provincial health card is presented, you will have to pay for your visit.
If you cannot make an appointment, please let us know 24 hours before your appointment. We do not have a fee for missed appointments.
