You can call us to confirm which doctor is in. If you would like to see a doctor of your choosing, you can call or book an appointment online. Our doctors accept walk-in patients every day
Our wait times all depend on how busy we are. We try our best to ensure your wait time is limited, to provide you with the proper care you need as soon as possible. To reduce wait times, you can book an appointment or call ahead of time; we do offer same-day appointments. You can also look at Medi-Map to see our walk-in wait times.
We are able to provide you with disability forms and documents needed for insurance purposes, such as AISH, disability tax credit, insurance forms for MVA, parking placard handicap forms, etc. An appointment needs to be booked, and the evaluation must be done in person. You can see the list of forms we can provide here. The costs of forms and documents will vary and need to be paid before your departure. For pricing information, please give us a call.
We are unable to refill prescriptions over the phone or by fax. To obtain a prescription or medication refill, you must schedule an appointment to visit our walk-in clinic. It’s crucial to consult your doctor in person for prescriptions and medications to ensure that the correct prescription and dosage are still appropriate. Please make sure you have an adequate supply of medication until your next visit.
We require all patients to visit the clinic to review their test results. Due to the Health Information Act, which safeguards the privacy of individuals’ health information through rules and regulations, we are unable to provide results over the phone. If the doctor needs to discuss your results with you, we will contact you to schedule an appointment. Additionally, if your lab results are not urgent but still require a discussion, we will reach out to you to book an appointment.
Our doctors accept walk-in patients every day; however, we do prioritize patients with appointments to ensure they are seen on time. We also offer same-day appointments if they are available and recommend calling the clinic before your visit.
You need to bring your Alberta Health Card and one government-issued ID. If you forget your Alberta Health Card, we are able to retrieve your Alberta Health number; however, we do require a government-issued ID.
If you cannot make an appointment, please let us know 24 hours before your scheduled time. We do not charge a fee for missed appointments.
